Hallo, liebe Showdown-Community,

wieder einmal erreichte uns eine Einladung zu einem internationalen Turnier; Diesmal zur 2. Auflage des internationalen Showdown-Turniers von Liepaja/Lettland.

Bei diesem Turnier handelt es sich um ein IBSA-Turnier.

Es findet in der Zeit

vom 25. bis 28. Juli 2019

statt.

 

Achtung!

Für die Reise nach Lettland ist ein gültiger Reisepass bzw. Personalausweis erforderlich!

Diejenigen SpielerInnen, die noch nicht von der IBSA klassifiziert worden sind und nicht in der IBSA-Datenbank erfasst sind, benötigen entweder einen gültigen Startpass oder ein augenärztliches Attest, woraus hervorgeht, dass sie startberechtigt sind (B1, B2 oder B3).

Gespielt wird auf 3 tschechischen Platten.

Sollten sich weniger als 10 Damen für dieses Turnier anmelden, dann werden Damen und Herren nicht getrennt, sondern in einem gemeinsamen Wettbewerb spielen.

Sollte eine/r der angemeldeten SpielerInnen seine Teilnahme am Turnier absagen müssen, so ist eine Rückerstattung der Teilnehmergebühr nur dann möglich, sofern diese Absage bis spätesten 1. Juni 2019 erfolgt. Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ist eine Rückerstattung der Teilnehmergebühr nicht mehr möglich.

(Variante 1: Beginnt mit dem Mittagessen am Donnerstag und endet mit dem Frühstück am Sonntag ;

Variante 2: Beginnt mit dem Abendessen am Donnerstag und endet mit dem Mittagessen am Sonntag)

• Den Transfer vom bzw. zum Flughafen bzw. Busbahnhof in Riga

betragen

Departures

The program may be subject to variations depending on organizational reasons.

 

6. Participation Fee

Participation fee from 25^th to 28^th July 2019 is 185 EUR

It includes:

• Accommodation;
• Full board from Thursday lunch to Sunday breakfast or from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch.
• Transfer, Transfer from/to Riga Airportand Riga Bus Station;

Deadline for registration is 15^th march 2019, in order to register you have to send the entry form to amberofliepaja@gmail.com

Participation fee must be payed within 15^th april 2019.

In case you decide to cancel your participation, refund is allowed within 1^st June 2019; if later, no refund is accepted.

 

7. Transportation

Transfers are guaranteed only from/to Riga Airport and Riga Bus Station, by minibus at scheduled time.

Travel details must be communicated by mail to the Organizers by 1^st  June 2018, otherwise the transfer will not be guaranteed.

 

8. VISAS

All the participants must own a valid passport or ID card. European Union citizens do not need a VISA to enter in Latvia. Differently, the Non-European Union citizens have to contact their Embassy in order to achieve the VISA.

 

9. Other Info

This Tournament will be governed by IBSA Rules.

According to the current IBSA Showdown Rules only B1, B2, B3 players are allowed to play. Players who have not been classified by IBSA have to provide a medical document providing their level of visual impairment.

The document with the classified players is available on IBSA’s website.

No time limits will be applied to matches. One point will be awarded for a won match.

Participants will be divided into 2 categories – men and women.
If there will be less than 10 women registered for the tournament, the games will be played combined with men.

The games will played on three Czech tables with six referees.
