Hallo, liebe Freunde des rasselnden Balles,
und schon wieder hat uns zu unserer großen Freude eine Einladung zu einem weiteren internationalen Turnier erreicht; Und zwar zur nunmehr 3. Auflage des
BSC-Showdown-Cups in Prag
in der Zeit
vom 6. bis 10. März 2019.
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein IBSA-Turnier.
Gespielt wird auf tschechischen Platten mit schwedischen Bällen.
Die Teilnehmer-Gebühr beträgt 250 Euro. Darin enthalten sind die Übernachtungen inklusive Vollpension.
Der Einzel-Zimmer-Zuschlag beträgt 25 Euro pro Nacht.
Der Transfer vom Flughafen/Bahnhof beträgt 10 Euro.
Wer gern an diesem Turnier teilnehmen möchte, meldet sich bitte
bis spätestens 21. Dezember 2018

Invitation to 3rd edition of BSC Prague Showdown Cup 2019 6th to 10th March 2019
Dear friends,
On behalf of Blind Sport Club Prague and thanks to our sponsors and partners we are happy to inform you about the third edition of international showdown tournament called BSC Prague Showdown Cup 2019 which is to be held in Prague, one of the most beautifull cities in Europe.
This tournament has ambition to give you the opportunity to take part and earn another points into the official IBSA Showdown ranking. Only B1 to B3 players are allowed to play and current IBSA showdown rules are to be applied.
We plan to play on 5 tables of Czech producer. All the showdown tables will be on one place at Hotel Svornost. Estimated number of male players is around 36 to 40 and female players around 20 to 24 but we are open to any participant willing to play and follow the IBSA rules.
Swedish showdown balls are to be used.
The tournament is to be held at Prague Dolni Pocernice at Hotel Svornost and
accommodation and breakfast will be provided also at its affiliates at Hotel Cesky statek and Hotel Villa Olivia. This location is situated in Prague and you can get by city train right in the city-centre within 15 minutes.

Our tournament is to be held from 6th to 10th March 2019 starting with Wednesday dinner ending with Sunday breakfast.
Participation fee for accommodation at the 3-star hotel and fullboard is 250 Euro per person.
In case you need a transport from and to the Prague Vaclav Havel airport or main bus or train station, each person is to pay 10 Euro above the participation fee. In case you wish to have a single room you will pay 350 Euro participation fee.
Deadline of all binding entry forms is 15th January 2019 at the latest. You are supposed to send 250 Eur by 31st January 2019 on the following bank account details:

50% refund is allowed by 17th February 2019 in case you decide to cancel your participation.
If later, no refund is accepted. In case you do not pay on time (until 31st January 2019), extra 25 Euro (50 Euro for single room) per person is charged for the late payment.
