Hallo, liebe Showdown-Community,

momentan geht es einmal wieder Schlag auf Schlag; Schon wieder erreichte uns eine Einladung zu einem internationalen Turnier. Diesmal zur 9. Auflage des internationalen Turniers in Trakai/Litauen.

Bei diesem Turnier handelt es sich um ein IBSA-Turnier.

Es findet in der Zeit

vom 22. bis 25. August 2019

statt.

Nach Angaben des Veranstalters ist geplant, auf drei tschechischen Platten zu spielen.

Die Anreise sollte bis Donnerstagnachmittag erfolgen. Die Abreise am Sonntag frühestens ab 16.00 Uhr.

Vom Flughafen bzw. zum in Vilnius wird ein Transfer für 80 € pro Delegation (für maximal 8 Personen) angeboten. Die Fahrzeit vom bzw. zum Flughafen beträgt ca. 50 Minuten.

Die Unterbringung erfolgt in Doppel- bzw. 3-Bett-Zimmern.

Preise:

Die Kosten für Unterkunft und Mahlzeiten betragen

  • im Doppel- bzw. 3-Bett-Zimmer 300 € pro Person.

–       im Einzel-Zimmer 350 €.

Wer schon früher an- bzw. später abreisen möchte, zahlt

  • im Doppel- bzw. 3-Bett-Zimmer inklusive Frühstück 50 €
  • im Einzel-Zimmer 70 €.

Ein zusätzliches Mittag- und Abendessen kosten 20 €.

INTERNATIONAL SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT

Trakai, Lithuania

August 22 – 25, 2019

INVITATION

Dear Friends,

Lithuanian Blind Sports Federation has a big pleasure to invite your showdown players to take part in the 9th International Showdown Tournament. Tournament will take place in Trakai on August 22 – 25, 2019.

Arrival: August 22, Thursday (afternoon).

Competition: August 23 – 25, Friday – Sunday.

Departure: August 25, Sunday (after lunch, not earlier than at 16 o’clock). It takes about 50 min. to go to the airport.

Competition. The Tournament will follow IBSA showdown rules. Competition will be played on three tables. It is planned to play on Czech tables.

Awards. The awarding ceremony will take place right after the competition. Three best players (male and female) will be awarded medals.

Place of Competition, accommodation and meals. Teams will be accommodated in twin and triple bedrooms of the „Trasalis – Trakai Resort & SPA Centre” Hotel. Address of the Centre: Gedimino str. 26, LT-21118, Trakai. Web page: www.trasalis.lt . Playing halls and Hotel are in the same building. Meals will be served in the restaurant of the Hotel.

Participation fee. 300 € per person per invitational period (double or triple room) and 350 € per person in single room. It includes entry fee, accommodation and meals from Thursday (August 22) dinner till Sunday (August 25) lunch.

Transportation fee. On request, teams arriving to the Vilnius airport, train or bus station will be provided with the ground transportation to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport, train or bus station after the competition for the price of 80 € per delegation consisting of not more than 8 persons.

Additional stay. If you wish to come earlier or depart later than indicated in the invitational period, you will have to pay additionally: extra bed & breakfast per person – 50 € (double or triple room) and 70 € in single room, extra lunch/dinner – 20 €.

Payment: 30% of the entry fee should be paid by bank transfer before May 24, 2019 to the following Lithuanian Blind Sports Federation’s account:
