SHOWDOWN EUROPEAN TOP TWELVE 2019
Estonian Blind Sports Union has a pleasure to invite your elite showdown players to take part in the European Top Twelve 2019. Tournament will take place in Tartu on October 31. – November 3. 2019.
Arrival: October 31., Thursday (afternoon).
Competition: November 1.– 2., Friday – Saturday.
Departure: November 3., Sunday (after breakfast). It takes about 2 hours 30 min. to travel to the Tallinn Airport.
Competition. The Tournament will follow IBSA Showdown rules. Competition will be played on six tables. It is planned to play on Czech tables.
Awards. The awarding ceremony will take place after the competition. Three best players (male and female) will be awarded.
Place of Competition, accommodation and meals. Teams will be accommodated in twin and single bedrooms of the „Dorpat” Hotel. Address of the Hotel: Soola 6, Tartu. Web page: https://www.dorpat.ee/ . Meals will be served in the restaurant of the Hotel.
Participation fee. 375€ per person per invitational period (double room) and 430€ per person in single room. It includes entry fee, accommodation, transportation(Tallinn-Tartu-Tallinn) and meals from Thursday (October 31) dinner till Sunday (November 3) breakfast. Entry fee deadline October 8th.
Transportation. On request, teams arriving to the Tallinn Airport or Tartu Airport will be provided with the ground transportation to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport.

Deadline. Invitations to federations/players will be sent out after 31 of August. The match schedule of European Top Twelve shall refer to the ranking list updated to 31 of August, prior to the date of the tournament itself.
Please confirm your intention to participate in the Tournament by sending completed Entry form to the Estonian Blind Sports Union no later than September 23.
