Einladung zum internationalen Showdown-Turnier in Liepaja/Lettland vom 20. bis 24. Juli 2022

Im Moment geht es mal wieder Schlag auf Schlag! Und so kommt hier nun auch schon die nächste Einladung zu einem weiteren internationalen Showdown-Turnier. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein internationales Showdown-Turner in Liepaja/Lettland in der Zeit vom 20. bis 24. Juli 2022.

Bei diesem Turnier handelt es sich um ein IBSA-Turnier.

Gespielt wird an 5 tschechischen Platten.

Für einen der Räume ist ein Live-Stream geplant.

Die Teilnahme-Gebühr beträgt

  • im Doppel-Zimmer bzw. Drei-Bett-Zimmer 275 € sowie
  • im Einzel-Zimmer 305 €

In der Teilnahme-Gebühr inbegriffen sind:

  • die Unterkunft sowie
  • Voll-Pension
    (beginnend am Mittwochabend mit dem Abendessen und endend am Sonntagmorgen mit dem Frühstück)

Die Unterbringung erfolgt in zwei verschiedenen Hotels.

Der Veranstalter bietet einen Transfer vom Flughafen/Bahnhof/Hafen in Riga zum Hotel und zurück zum Preis von

20 € pro Person

Für Gruppen ab 5 Personen kann sich der Preis für die Transfer-Gebühr verringern. Transfers sind nur zu den vom Veranstalter festgelegten Zeiten möglich.

Im Falle einer Stornierung der Anmeldung ist eine Rückerstattung der Kosten nur bis zum

  1. Juni 2022

möglich.

Für die Einreise nach Lettland ist ein gültiger Personal-Ausweis bzw. Reise-Pass notwendig!

Es werden nur SpielerInnen, Coaches und Begleitpersonen akzeptiert, die über ein entsprechendes digitales Impf- bzw. Test-Zertifikat verfügen!

Jeder Teilnehmer ist für die Vollständigkeit seiner Reise-Dokumente selbst verantwortlich! Das gilt auch für die entsprechenden digitalen Impf- bzw. Test-Zertifikate! Möglicherweise anfallende Kosten für Antigen-Schnell- bzw. PCR-Tests sowie Kosten für eine eventuelle Quarantäne sind ebenfalls von jedem betroffenen Teilnehmer selbst zu tragen!

Bitte informiert euch auch hierzu selbst über die jeweils aktuellen Reise-Bestimmungen!

Weitere Informationen zu diesem Turnier hat der Veranstalter für nach dem 20. Juni 2022 angekündigt.

The program may be subject to variations depending on organizational reasons.

 

  1. Participation Fee

Participation fee from 20th to 24th of July 2022 is 275 EUR (double or triple room) or 305 EUR (single room)

It includes:

  • Accommodation
  • Full board from Wednesday dinner to Sunday breakfast.

Transfer fee from/to Riga Airport and Riga Bus or Train Station, or Riga Port – 20 EUR/ Person*

* For teams consisting of 5 and more delegates, the transfer price could be lower.

Deadline for registration is 1st April 2022, to register you must fill the entry form on-line and it will be automatically sent to e-mail amberofliepaja@gmail.com

Participation fee must be paid until 30th April 2022.

In case you decide to cancel your participation, refund is allowed until 1st June 2022; at any later date, no refund is available.

 

  1. Transportation

Transfers are guaranteed only from/to Riga Airport and Riga Bus or Train Stations or Riga Port, by minibus at scheduled time.

Travel details must be communicated by e-mail to the Organizers by 20th June 2022.

 

  1. VISAS

All the participants must own a valid passport or ID card. European Union citizens do not need a VISA to enter Latvia. Otherwise, the Non-European Union citizens must contact their Embassy in order to achieve the VISA.

 

  1. Other Info

We will accept those players and coaches who will have working digital Covid-19 certificates.

 

This Tournament will be governed by IBSA Rules.

According to the current IBSA Showdown Rules only B1, B2, B3 players are allowed to play. Players who have not been classified by IBSA have to provide a medical document providing their level of visual impairment.

The document with the classified players is available on IBSA’s website.

 

No time limits will be applied to matches. One point will be awarded for a won match.

Participants will be divided into 2 categories – men and women.
The games will be played on five Czech tables with ten referees.

Organizers will use gameresultsonline.com program.

We plan to organize live video translations from one of the tables.
