Hallo, liebe Freunde des rasselnden Balles,
im Moment geht es wieder mal Schlag auf Schlag; Denn: Schon wieder flatterte uns eine Einladung zu einem internationalen Turnier ins Haus. Es handelt sich hierbei um die 10. Auflage eines internationalen Turniers in Trakai in Litauen.
Dieses Turnier findet
vom 31. Juli 2020 bis 3. August 2020
statt.
Anreise: 31. Juli 2020
Abreise: 3. August 2020
Bei diesem Turnier handelt es sich um ein IBSA-Turnier.
Gespielt wird voraussichtlich auf 3 tschechischen Platten.
Teilnehmergebühren:
- 320 € pro Person im Doppel- bzw. Drei-Bett-Zimmer
Inklusive Vollpension
(von Freitagabend (Abendessen) bis Montagmorgen (Frühstück)
sowie
- 350 € pro Person im Einzel-Zimmer
(inklusive Vollpension
(von Freitagabend (Abendessen) bis Montagmorgen (Frühstück)
Wenn jemand von euch schon früher an- bzw. erst später abreisen möchte, dann würden zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von
50 € pro Tag (Bed & Breakfast) im Doppel- bzw. Drei-Bett-Zimmer
bzw.
70 € pro Tag (Bed & Breakfast) im Einzel-Zimmer
anfallen.
Ein zusätzliches Mittag- bzw. Abendessen würde dann nochmals
20 €
kosten.
Die Unterbringung wird im Hotel „Karolina“ erfolgen. Dieses Hotel ist zugleich auch der Spieltort.
Transfer:
Der Veranstalter bietet einen Transfer vom Flughafen/Bahnhof Vilnius zum Hotel und zurück an. Der Transfer für ein Team von 8 Personen würde
80 €
kosten. Sollte ein Team aus mehr bzw. weniger TeilnehmerInnen bestehen, könnten sich die Kosten evtl. erhöhen bzw. verringern.
Es ist mit einer Fahrtzeit von ca. 40 Minuten pro Strecke zu rechnen.

INTERNATIONAL SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT

July 31 – August 3, 2020
INVITATION
Dear Friends,
Lithuanian Blind Sports Federation has a big pleasure to invite your showdown players to take part in the 10th International Showdown Tournament. Tournament will take place in Vilnius on July 31 – August 3, 2020.
Arrival: July 31, Friday (afternoon).
Competition: August 1 – 2, Saturday – Sunday.
Departure: August 3, Monday (after breakfast). It takes about 40 min. to go to the airport.
Competition. The Tournament will follow IBSA showdown rules. Competition will be played on three tables. It is planned to play on Czech tables.
Awards. The awarding ceremony will take place right after the competition. Three best players (male and female) will be awarded medals.
Place of Competition, accommodation and meals. Teams will be accommodated in twin and triple bedrooms of the “Karolina Park” hotel. Address of the place: Sausio 13 – osios str. 2, Vilnius. Web page: http://www.karolina.lt/ . Playing halls and Hotel are in the same building. Meals will be served in the restaurant of the Hotel.
Participation fee. 320 € per person per invitational period (double or triple room) and 350 € per person in single room. It includes entry fee, accommodation and meals from Thursday (July 31) dinner till Monday (August 3) breakfast.
Transportation fee. On request, teams arriving to the Vilnius airport, train or bus station will be provided with the ground transportation to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport, train or bus station after the competition for the price of 80 € per delegation consisting of not more than 8 persons. For teams consisting less delegates, the transfer price could be lower.
Additional stay. If you wish to come earlier or depart later than indicated in the invitational period, you will have to pay additionally: extra bed & breakfast per person – 50 € (double or triple room) and 70 € in single room, extra lunch/dinner – 20 €.
